Skylon Revolving Dining Room
A slowly rotating dining room 236 metres up, with a full turn of the view over dinner.
The dining room at the top of the Skylon Tower makes a full rotation roughly once an hour, so the view drifts from the falls to the gorge to the lake while you eat. It is a special occasion room, more about the setting than cutting edge cooking, and the windows do the heavy lifting.
Plan it. Book a table timed for sunset and you get daylight, golden hour and the illumination over one meal. Tower elevator access to the observation deck is usually included with dining, so you can step out for photos before or after.
